This is ridiculous. I have been to six different high tech stations and can't find one hangar of any class. Anyone else having this problem?
Horizons Can't find any SRV Hangars

first make sure that you have Horizons version running, this is a seperate launcher. Then make sure you aren't trying to buy a hangar for a class 1 module slot, the hangars are only available class 2 up to 6 I believe. I've seen the vehicle hangars in a lot of places.
