Can't find Chemical Inventory in inventory

Hi Folks,

I did an oddesey mission and got two chemical inventory from it. As far as I found on the internet this is some kind of data. I can't find it anywhere in my inventory though. Also I don't know what it is good for. What can I use it for?

It's under the storage menu, in the data category.
It's one of the items used for engineering extra backpack capacity on your space suits.

It is used for EDO engineering upgrades. (Suit / Weapons) - I don't remember which though.
