Can't find FID in VR and can't launch outside VR!

Hi,
Anyone know where I can find the FID (should be at the bottom of the main menu) when I'm in VR?

I'm trying to submit a ticket to get a commander name change, and I need that to do it, but when I look for it in the VR main menu, I can't see it. Whenever I try to launch the game outside of VR, it simply fires up the Oculus software and I get no further.

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but if anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

To temporarily go from VR to flat screen, launch the game as usual (in VR), then go to the Options > Graphics menu, click on the 3D setting and select None from the HMD options. You will then be in flat screen mode. When you want to go back to VR simply re-select the HMD option that you want.

Open Oculus Library then click on the dots below the ED Icon... Select "Start in Desktop mode"
