Can't find Guardian Sentinels

I was told that at the structure in HIP 63154 that activating the pylons will cause sentinels to attack you but after doing the process multiple times they are nowhere to be found. I really need to components so any help is appreciated.

Did they spawn at some point and stop appearing? Or did they never appear to begin with? If its the former gou need fo reset the instance by either leaving or logging out. If its the latter I dont know. It might be worth checking out to see if its a bug.
