Can't find my ship

So a little embarrassing but I cannot find my ship! I'll save you the long story on how I lost it though.
I can find which planet it is on using the shuttle service but I cannot locate which installation it's at. When I click on the "stored ships" tab for each installation they all say no stored ships.

Ok tried that but I do not have the option to recall ship

So presumably you forgot to mention that your ship was destroyed - in which case it's Inter Astra and rebuy. Otherwise

Nope my ship is not destroyed but your help did work. I had to take a shuttle to a different installation then the recall ship option appeared. Thanks.

You left your ship on another planet, forgot which planet you were on and/or went to the wrong planet to recover it.
