In a spot of trouble here, Everywhere I look, I only find shield's that say "Hull too heavy for shield generator", So if possible I need help, I'll keep looking around but I've gone from system to system looking and haven't found one yet.

If you are in empire space you should try "Tsim binba". They got it all when it comes to outfitting
Try White Orbital in Aiabiko if you're in Fed space, they have a good selection up to A3. A4 are a jump away in Hach.

One can get away with a size three.. provided it covers the necessary mass.

Yep, high pop high tech is what you need. Industrial have up to class 3 shields, and high tech have class 4.
When you click "compare" on the buying screen, you gonna see your default shield and what weight category you got. Find the one with the same category, but better grading (A, B, C etc) . It's gonna be in the 500,000+ credits though. Also, before you upgrade it, mind your power generator output as well as your thrusters. I think the next grade up shield for the Cobra is a lot more heavier and need more power.

Don't have any shields ATM, thats why im looking, Currently in the iBootis system
Aiabiko isn't so far from you then, (60ly I think) you'll find what you need there.
