Can't find ship armor!?!

Seriously, everywhere I go I look for ship armor for my Clipper, but nothing. I go to high tech worlds, industrial worlds, the capital system of the Alliance... online the wiki said Eravate had it, but I go there and NOPE.

I'm currently at Gateway. Can anyone tell me the nearest place that can upgrade my Clipper's hull, or do I have to go to Empire space for that?

Harm has it last time i was there. Former Empire system now Anarchy.

IIRC you need station which sells both armour and clipper itself. So you need something high-tech in empire space...
But it is one of those forum rumors, so it may be wrong.

I guess it depends on the ship then. Since I find armor for sale in every other station. Currently near Gateway myself. L something 377-78 had armor for sale. There is also a high-tech world nearby.
