Can't Find ships after purchased from store

I brought 5 ships from the store and they have not shown up in the game, it has been three days since my purchase. Can someone please assist?

You can probably contact support and ask them to refund the ARX so you can spend it elsewhere - I guess it depends on which kits you bought how long it will take to earn the related ships in-game - if you bough the 'vette kit, it could be a while
