Zoo Tycoon Can't find sick animals in Zoo Tycoon Ultimate Animal Collection WINDOWS 10

Just as the title suggests, I can't find the animals in the exhibits to help heal them. I get a notification to say that an animal is sick but when I go to the exhibit and look at the animal, the said animal is nowhere to be seen. This seems to happen all the time with the Antilopine Kangaroos, right now I have a Kangaroo stuck in the entrance to their pen or where the hole in the big rock is. Animals are always getting confiscated because of this bug. This game needs and update or fix because it is most annoying.

I posted here because I couldn't find a forum for the Windows version.

Frontier are no longer attached. Microsoft paid for a couple of licenses to the Cobra engine a couple of years back when Frontier moved away from being a "games for hire" business. Microsoft subsequently gave further development of Zoo Tycoon and Disneyland Adventures to Asobo Studio who did both Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection and the Xbox One/PC version of Disneyland Adventures in 2017.
