Engineers Can't find systems with stare Ourbeak

I can't seem to find any system with convoy beacons. According to tips they could be found in systems with the state Outbreak. If I apply a filter no ssytems are visible in the Galaxy Map. According to Galnet news Zeessze should be in a State of Outbreak, but that info is not correct.

Is this a bug, or is it something that occurs temporally.

Galnet might be wrong or the info might be old. To check it, you can go the the system map and check the state there.

To find the other systems in outbreak, you might need to adjust your view up or down the galactic plane, zoom in or out and move around on the map using the cursors (or whatever you mapped to them).
