Newcomer / Intro Can't find the ship aiming reticule setting

Hello! I've been on this game a long time, and recently got a new PC. I have checked and reset all my game control settings, but there is one I just cannot find! There is (was??) an option to set an aiming pip in front centre of your view that was permanently there in my cockpit view. I found this useful for 'aiming' the ship for fixed weapons or for docking or other tricky manoeuvres. However, no matter how hard I seemed to have looked through ALL the control settings I just don't seem able to find it. Any help appreciated! Thanks

I’m not sure what you’re describing but is it that Gun Sight Mode? Actually in the ship, right hand panel under ‘Ship’, down to pilot preferences.

Isn't what the OP is after the 'mouse widget' or somesuch?

Yes its mouse something or other, probably in one the misc sub menus, have fun searching theres no real way of telling where theyve hidden it.

The Misc under Cooling then 4 from the bottom, Show Screencentre Dot

Its changed its name just to confuse us even more but we won fdev, we won!
