Ships cant find Type 8 in shipyards

None of the shipyards i've been to will show the type 8, available or not. This account i didn't prebuy the 8 and waited for it to show up now, but i can't find any. I dont have the permit for the superstore yet as it is a new account. Inara shows stations selling the 8 minutes before i arrive and its not there.

I believe no date was given for T8, but going by the Python2, it was available for credits at 3 months from early access so players expected it to be the same for T8.

It was only during the last stream that a date was given so... I guess delayed might not be correct but

<I'll stop here because I don't know where I'm going with this 😅>

It's weird. I did some digging. P2 arrived May 7 (U 18.04), the T8 arrived Aug 7 and the P2 was released (U18.08). So even by 3 months the T8 wouldn't be released until Nov 7. 🤷‍♂️

Was the 2 updates being on a 3 month schedule just a coincidence or a plan. 🤷‍♂️ It's an extra 3 weeks exactly for the T8, will that require an update or will that just magically time unlock? Who knows.

And so it began...

Phase 1: Release a ship that is initially locked behind a "temporary" paywall, assuring players it will soon be available for free.

Phase 2: Gradually extend the duration of the paywall, testing how long players will tolerate the delay (looking at you, Type 8 :devilish:).

Phase 3: Continually postpone the release of new ships, citing dubious reasons for why they aren't ready for universal deployment, and ultimately never removing the paywall. Well done, Frontier—you're on track to become the next Ubisoft!

Obviously this post is sacarstic, it doesn't reflect my personal opinion ;)(or it is... )

That is a scary prospect and I really hope you are proven wrong in the long term... the devs are finally doing things that are drawing me back in. I'd rather not they do such disapointing things.
