Can't fire primary/secondary simultaneously using Xbox One Controller

PC player using an Xbox One Controller for combat. I'm using bluetooth to connect to my pc, and I created custom keybinds. Like the subject says, I can't fire both primary and secondary simultaneously (each fire fine on their own.)

Is there a way to fix?

I know I can create a separate fire group mapping both guns to primary, but hey - that's a separate fire group.

Might this be a bluetooth issue and the microsoft wireless dongle would be more reliable? Any other bright ideas?

In my experience, the MS dongle is way more reliable (for connecting an XBox controller) than a generic BT connection. You might try it via cable first - if that works, chances are that you're seeing a specific quirk of your BT setup. and the MS dongle might work better.

I'd assume that if both weapon's are in the same group and on the same trigger. It would work or you'd blow a fuse.
