Like the title states. I'm in charge of Ferrari halfway through 2024, I have a level 4 Design Centre that's being upgraded to level 5, and I just got the email to upgrade it for $1M last week in game. But there's only 10 engineers. I cannot get that number to go up, no matter what. I'm trying to get all the trophies on PS5 and this is my last one. Please help!
