LostWinds Can't get Resting Place idol

So I went through the whole game not really concerned about the idols, but after finishing the story I decided to go back and collect them all. Now I seem to be stuck on the Resting Place idol. I can see it up on the ledge behind the ice but I can't get it now because the king is already in the Palace. The Wind Stone allows me to lower the platform but it won't raise it, and I can't gust myself up there even if I use a cyclone. How am I supposed to get that idol!?

Regardless of whether I can collect all the idols, great game!

I'm only suggesting this going on what you are saying (because I can't remember the actual situation very well) but if you can't get enough height, can't you just use the Jumbrella Cape?
