Can't get to Farseer - Crash Every Time

Running Nvidia 3080, been playing at 4K/Ultra for the longest time. Can't get back to Farseer. Every time I complete glide it crashes. Come back and between 65~90 km away. Fly without glide and when I get 50~60km away- crash.

Tried downing settings to mid. Tried switching from borderless to full screen. Tried 1440p. Tried 1080p. Downgraded to 30hz, 30 fps. Nothing prevents the crash as I approach.

Any ideas?

Only recent change was that I started playing sometimes with Pimax 8K HMD, but have it fully disconnected and am running via steam without any VR running. Rebooted many times, cannot find any other differences.

Check all your drivers are up to date (video especially).

You could try validating your files (I assume as this is not in alpha thread, you're playing live game), by selecting it under options in the launcher. It takes a while though.

I assume you have closed the game down, maybe even give your computer a proper shutdown/reboot (I.T. people say it all the time, because most of the time it is the quickest fix for problems).

Try in solo. Connecting up with other commander sessions in Open/PG can be an issue sometimes.
But it is probably related to what Antzy said, drivers & config. (Network & Mainboard driver issues)

Tried it all different ways, did a reinstall of the Nvidia drivers. Finally worked after a repair of windows and a validation of the ED files via Steam. I also installed EDProfiler and made sure that the settings were correct before going in to ED. Lastly I also made sure Windows updated. Thanks for the suggestion on the Nvidia drivers, that seems to have gotten me over the hump.
