Can't have one car on spinning coaster?

I must be missing something but I can't seem to have 1 car like alton towers' spinball whizzer... chessington's dragon's fury... phantasialand's winjas?

EDIT: I realise it's a model that doesn't allow it, but the Murphy rides model does! Would still be nice to have the flexibility
