hello! so i bought ED on steam. and whenever i launch the game it gives me a launcher. and there is diffrent version like arena, single player and leacy which i have installed. but then i see Elite Dangures horizon version which is not installed, and thats the live game. so i press install and my download speed is normal at first but after some minutes it starts to dip to 0.11 and eventually 0. and the etc time go from 1 day to 27 and back to 1 day. but i just sit and wait and after like 2 hours the bars fills up and its done but i get an error code that says "Exception downloading file, possible network failure and couldnt connect to remote server. my wifi is stable i can download fast on steam and other platforms. i have gone through internet and asking discord and no help, i have also sumbitted a ticket but i wantto get help faster. it seems like the launcher freze alot too under download. and i noticed now that my server status icon is blank.
sulutions i have tried with no fix: Turned off Multi Threading, virtual cache, windows defender, proxy settings. Reinstalled the game, veryfied files.
