Community Event / Creation Cant install VoiceAttack Error code 2503 and 2502

I reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled ED. Then I went to install Voice attack and I get these errors . I ran regedit and del all the VA info in the reg and it still wont run. any ideas?

win 10 64bit
