Is it still broken now?
Looks Russian, they've probably blocked Amazon servers again.
Could be something transient - your internet connection, your path to Amanzon servers, anything in between
If Russia blocked some servers (again?), then there's (probably) no legal way for you to play ED unless Russia unblocks those servers again.
The usual recommendation in these cases would be to use a VPN - but I do not know if that's legal in Russia and/or whether those VPNs may be blocked, too.

There isn't. The forum is full of confused people - as you are finding. Might be worth raising a support ticket https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/requests/new if no-one comes up with anything sensible.
"Report" (bottom left of every post) your own post to the mods (to get their attention) and ask for closing the thread.
