Can't load it kerps rebooting

Every time i load to play it keeps showing my ship then it freeze what is going on

If you use Steam, verifying the integrity of the game files generally helps.

If you don't use Steam, that game file verification is also a prime candidate .

Other stuff support will tell you before even starting on your case:
- check that your graphics card drivers are up to date
- check that your OS is up to date
- check that your system fulfills the minimum requirements for ED (ok, that point is probably superfluous, but starnger things have been seen here...)

If it still happens, open a support ticket. Those guys and gals are usually on the ball.

It sounds like either an issue with when your 3D clocks kick in or loading the game itself.
Do you have the same issue with any other game?
Do you use the steam version or other?
Are your graphics drivers up to date? (try to get them directly from the manufacturer [AMD or nVidia] and not Windows update if possible)

For now on the main launcher, click options and I believe there should be a "Verify the game files" option there.
