Newcomer / Intro Can't log in the game - Login Failure

Last night the various colored Adder errors attacked me hard. So this morning I reinstalled the game - Elite Horizons Legacy, PC.

  • On the starting screen, down left it says "server status good".
  • Upon pressing play, the Login Failure screen appears with "connection status: internal server error", "check your internet connection" - which is running perfectly.
  • Then it goes back to the starting screen, with "server down" in red.

What is going on? What should I do, check, change, or it's up to their server waiting to be fixed?

Orange Sidewinder errors were always an issue that wouldn't resolve unless you restarted the launcher (not sure if that's still the case), so always worth a try. I'd probably be looking at your internet connection after that - the game is quite picky, especially on wireless connections.

I got me Mauves, Oranges, Blacks, the works, the game kept on crashing after 30 seconds in... true, all the time it reported "internal server error" but what do I know here? How they masked/labeled what, is it me - internet was working excellent here - my setup, theirs, what? All evening/night and all morning.

I've restarted the launcher, checked all, in frustration even reinstalled the game to no avail.

An then ~noon they fixed something and it all clicked.

Thank you all, and once again I do apologize for misunderstanding good intentions for mockery.
