can't log in to game

I was able to get into game on 24th Jan.

Today no....

I use GeForce Now, via my xbox console, connected to Steam and then to Fdev account.

I can login in via steam to Fdev, but when I click "play" over on the bottom left of the screen - the options cease to be selected, it pauses and then the screen goes to black. It doesn't then load the "spinning space station" part before loading up the game..... I have contacted support but reply due on 5th.

Anyone got any ideas???

Just tested, I'm seeing the same issue if I log in to Geforce Now and launch via Steam, it was working fine on Saturday. I've also got an Epic Games account on Geforce Now, if I launch Elite via that it loads up fine.

Is your ticket with Nvidia, maybe worth raising one with them?

No it’s with Fdev as I assumed it was their issue

Are you using EU West? Just had a chat with a friendly Nvidia support person who advised that there was some maintenance ongoing (screenshot below), and suggested trying another region - I tried EU Central and the game launched fine for me through Steam.

Congrats! Back on the flight deck!

PS that annoying hardware statistics popup window seems to be a Steam client specific - I got an alt on Epic Games in their sale just before Christmas, and launching the game through the Epic launcher doesn't have it.
