Can't login - Login Failure

Hello everyone!

I've seen many posts regarding this issue but none of the solutions has helped me out.

I'm trying to launch the game through Epic and without the Add-on/DLC.

Does anyone know a solid way to pass through this failure?

I've already re-started the router, re-installed the game, verified files, disabled anti-viruses and all that.

Also, is there a way to transfer this free epic copy to Steam? I want to possibly buy the add-on through steam if I enjoy the game - hopefully after being able to open it.

As far as I'm aware - no.
That is, you won't be able to get a free Steam license (or FD license) in place of your Epic license. But you can (or FD support can) link your Epic or Steam or FD license to any FD account you like, so if you buy a new license through Steam (or FD direct), you can unlink your current CMDR and link them to your new license and continue playing where you left off. And when it's sale time, the base/Legacy game licenses are cheap.

As for your authentication server issue - that is between Epic, FD and your PC.

Have you linked the Frontier account to Epic?
I play Horizons 4.0 through Epic and never have a problem.
