Can't login to Faction Submission.

It won't let me log in either directly or via steam (I do have the accounts linked). I can log in to my FD account the regular way but via the Faction Submission link it comes up with an error and "You must have Elite Dangerous", as if it thinks I don't have the game.

"LOGIN ERROR
WE WERE UNABLE TO LOG YOU ON TO THE FACTION SUBMISSION.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND TRY AGAIN.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT FACTION SUBMISSION IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO USER ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE ELITE DANGEROUS."

Any ideas appreciated. TIA. :)

It now allows me to login via the steam logo but then "An unexpected error has occurred whilst attempting to retrieve your submission details. ".

And zero response to my support ticket. Nice one guys, impressive support for the £40 I paid you.

Seems to be working now but they've moved the goal-posts, there's now a minimum requirement of ten members in the group. Lol.

I think Support got it working for Panzerlang. Try raising a ticket with them.

There's always been the requirement to have ten members in your player-group, since they first introduced player-named factions many years ago.
