Can't login

OK can't get in. I registered an account, I type in username and password, it send me a verification code, I type that in, it then asks me to login and the whole process repeats. Can someone please help?

Same here. I already had an Elite Dangerous account for about 4 years. I recently purchased another account from Steam for $14.99 and have played on it for a couple of days. Now when I try to log into that 2nd account, it sends me a validation code and I put it in and then it tells me that I need to purchase the game. WHAT???? I have already played on this 2nd account. I can still get into my 1st account. So what is the deal here? See attached screenshot.

Well doesn't matter. Found out my graphics card is not powerful enough to run the game. I was about to buy the game too. I only have a GeForce GT 730 card.

That's the "must log in via Steam Login" issue for Steam versions bought since last April.

When I login I see "Please purchase / redeem Elite Dangerous to continue" :: Frontier Customer Support

A message stating

support.frontier.co.uk

So you have to be logged-in to steam, have your steam and frontier accounts linked, launch the game from the steam library and then click "Steam Log In".


BTW - as a matter of interest, can you close the pop-up (Please purchase ... ) window and then be able to click "Play Demo" on the launcher?

Also, with that, make sure you are using the correct account / email address it is a really common problem.
