Can't open Mission Board?

I can't access mission board at Miller Depot / Barnard's Star system. "Stand By" spins for a while and I get thrown back into Starport Services screen. Same thing in Odyssey and Horizons.

But I have tested many close by systems with the same problem

edit: This problem lasted for 6 hours and 1min after posting this it opened just fine ........ "Damn the power of Forums....OMG!" XD

same problem noticed 2 hours ago at Shokuth / Hyecho Port - missions never loaded , kicked back to Starport Services screen. - tried for over 20 mins, so I moved on.

i think that when there is no mission of any kind, the mission board doesn't open
not really a bug,
just an unsual situation (no mission at all)

I have doubts about that. Barnard's Star had tons of missions when mission board started working again.

Grabbed passengers from station (rescue mission from attacked station), hauled them to a rescue ship and it's the same problem, stand by spins for about 30 seconds and then I get thrown out back to starport services.
