Ships Can't overcharge the FSD on my Python MkII

I use this feature quite often on other ships that I own to make extended hyperspace jumps.
I recently acquired the Stellar build Pyton MkII. I don't believe there's anything odd about it, but I cannot overcharge the FSD on it. I spend more than ample time within the star's 'tail' and COVAS tells me that the FSD is operating beyond safety limits but it never gets supercharged.

Yes indeed.
I hadn't even thought of that until I equipped a fuel scoop to make a long engineering trip. I encountered an appropriate star and told myself that I had to change my routing setting because this won't work. Then it did and I realized.
Thank you.
Happy travels, CMDRs!

It's funny how this is one of the things that a good portion (perhaps even majority) of players don't know, even when they actively use neutron star supercharging. That's because you usually only supercharge with exploration vessels, which will have a fuel scoop as a matter of course. One never realizes that the latter is actually required for the former until this kind of thing happens (or someone tells you).
