Cant Play game help

so i knw the bug yesterday with the game crashing it worked last night after a full reinstall after the patch today im having the very same problem i log into the launcher i hit play it starts the game it is a black screen for maybe 15-30 seconds then poof crashes i dont want to do another full reinstall was hoping maybe somebody had a fix the game will start without crashing if i launch it direct from the exe but then i get a login failure due to not using the launcher

The game will start without crashing if I launch it directly from EliteDangerous32.exe, but then I get a login failure due to not using the launcher.
Have you downloaded the latest launcher from the Elite Dangerous website? If not, try this - it only takes a minute. Also try port forwarding on your router (19364 for ED). If neither of these work then perhaps try posting back or creating a support ticket.
 
ya tried both full reinstall fixxed it last time but no luck have not had any luck with fd support they dont even respond half the time when i send in tickects

There is nothing of particular interest in the Windows Registry, although here is the most significant key location if you want to take a look:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Frontier Developments


However I suggest you try tampering with the various config files in the following locations as there are a great deal of settings relating to the launcher, start-up and pretty much everything else, and they may have not been updated properly since you last reinstalled:

C:\Users\[Your user name]\AppData\Roaming\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\
C:\Users\[Your user name]\AppData\Local\Frontier_Developments\
C:\Users\[Your user name]\AppData\Local\Frontier Developments\
[Install location]\EDLaunch\Products\FORC-FDEV-D-1003
