I am unable to play coop in any zoo with my friend online, whenever one of us tries to join it will otherwise go to an infinite loading screen or give us a connection error. I found these two similar problems searching around online.

That link mentions needing to have privacy settings set a certain way but me and my friend went and made sure every setting was set to everyone and then tried to play again and we still had no success. I've tried contacting Microsoft twice now and sent a tweet to Frontier (and my friend emailed them), but MS couldn't help and Frontier has yet to respond.
Does anybody know of a solution that would allow us to play online together? This is the main reason that we bought this game was for the co-op play.
