Cant post ticket - Wont let me says not authorized

Bought game and immediately got a problem. Well, 2 actually now.

1. Hooked up my X55 joysticks which work OK but my keyboard does not work in the game.

2. I cant post a ticket in the system as it wont let me saying I'm not authorized.

Not happy about paying all this money and not the basic stuff seems to work.

And another point - the tutorial isn't a tutorial - it doesn't tell you what to do.

Fully agree-and can see the game being slated for the lack of help it gives to new purchasers by reviewers when it is released next month.
A walk through is badly needed for the docking tutorial-with explanation of each action/key press-particularly re-entering the station.
"Turn and face the station" and "Request Docking " is totally insufficient-particularly the latter as there is no clue as which keys are needed for the menus to achieve this.
I have read of people on other forums and on YouTube comments full of anger totally giving up on the game after a couple of days play because they can not get through this tutorial-and telling people to avoid the game like the plague.

You need to register on the ticket site to be able to raise one.

As for the X55 + Keyboard - try shifting them to different USB hubs and if possible use the native ones not on a hub. I heard the X55 can draw too much current.

Rubbish! I run my other games with my X55 as well as my rudder pedals and all 3 "joysticks", keyboard and mouse works with EVERYTHING plugged in. And I don't know why you are assuming I'm using a hub, I'm not. I've plugged straight into the motherboard ports, like I always do and everything else works perfectly well. Good job this is a beta!!

It would be nice if there was a Register button after you press the "here" link when trying to submit a ticket. Lack of proper planning here I think!

I do not have any problems with X55, rudder pedals, KB/M, TrackIR, i.e. everything works perfectly in ED. Everything is plugged into the MB ports so probably the issue is in your PC. Try connecting the devices to different USB ports and see if this helps.

As for the password it should be the same as for the store.

Remove some devices. Always keep things plugged into the same USB sockets when ever loading ED or it will reset the config.
Asking for help then telling people that their suggestion is rubbish is not a great way to start off in the community.
