I'm trying to get 5 stars on Tacano and my dinosaur rating is at 5 stars but facility rating is at 4.5 with great safety, capacity and satisfaction. dinosaur visibility is at +70% and food, drink and fun is at +80% (or even 90%), shopping at +70% but transport tends to stay around 10% but sometimes reaches 20%. I got viewing galleries, hotels etc all near monorail stations with about 3 or 4 stations. On management view everything is in the blue with a few yellows with the other ratings but with transport everything is red with a few yellows even when monorail stations aren't far away.
What do I do with the shops with no customers (saying something like 0/230)? I haven't changed the pay or what the shop is selling. I only increase staff when customers are maxed out.
Clearly this must be a bug as my transport in other islands were all about 60% at least and managed to get 5 stars. It just Tacano I'm struggling with. Is there another way to get to 5 stars as I must be at about 4.7 stars.
