Horizons Can't refuel at station BUG

This is driving me nuts anyone else having this issue of not being able to refuel at stations??

Where is the Horizons bug reporting forum at???

Are you sure the station has a refueling facility?

It's a major station and it offers refueling, it is not red lettered out. (does not say unavailable) Should be refueling but it is not.
