Can't repair vandalized items in bulk

I had this issue a while ago and then it went away; I thought an update may have fixed it. But now it's back.

The ability to replace all vandalized objects is grayed out, as is the replace button for each object. I have to use the locate icon and fix each one individually, which is a pain. As you can see, I have plenty of money to do repairs. Anyone have any idea why this function is grayed out?

Anyone? I need to know if this should be reported as a bug.

Never came across that so must be a bug. At least the option to repair individually is still an option despite how annoying it may be
