Can't run Horizons tutorials

I'm back into ED. I purchased ED/Horizons via Steam and run via Steam. The startup screen for ED is attached and shows I have Horizons. The Frontier store shows all of my keys, including Horizons.

With Horizons selected, I press play, enter the game, select training simulations... the last two simulations say Horizons is required... when I try to run them, I get an error "Could not connect to server. Error code: Orange Sidewinder." (see attachment). I'm then bounced back to the training screen.
I appear to be connected to Social via the main menu.

How do I fix this problem?

I believe there's a driver issue with the latest AMD drivers and ED, it could help rolling back to a previous versions. I am sue there's a thread somewhere about it.

I'm running into the same issue I had with the preview drivers; initial terrain generation takes forever (about five hours), the game loads to the main menu, then crashed back to the main menu with an Orange Sidewinder error upon entering any mode or playing any training mission. Horizons works...

Rolling back my drivers to 22.5 solved this problem. Thanks to all for the help.
