Can't see Local chat messages

Since 2.3.11 (I think, maybe 2.3.10) I no longer see chat messages sent to Local. I know they are coming in as I can hear EDDI/VoiceAttack read them to me but they don't display. In talking with a few commanders they are getting the same but one couldn't see Wing messages the others could and another couldn't see local like I can.

So I assume it isn't just us and it's yet another bug that was introduced with 2.3.11 - thankfully we had such a concise first beta for 2.4. Wait, I don't mean concise do I, I mean they barely did anything for or with it. Ugh.

This may be a silly question, but have you checked message settings (the rightmost tab of comms panel) and made sure that you don't have local chat disabled?

Okay okay, I am a T Total moron. I am *positive* that it was on a few days ago but it was off just now. I just enabled it and guess what - messages. Ugh I'm a total dumb@ss
