Can't seem to get conservation points??

Hello! I am trying to visit other parks but I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly. I have 5 parks in my "downloads" tab but then what? Do I click "Play in Sandbox"? I already tried that and didn't get any points for it. How does this work? Thanks!

When you play franchise whenever you get a notification that somebody has visited your zoo - which is just their avatar walking around (that doesn't mean the player is actually in your zoo walking around, that's not possible in the game) - click on the notifications and it'll give you the options to say hello or give them a handshake (or something like that) and you will get 20 conservation points for each. You can only do it 5 times a day.
