Newcomer / Intro Can't seem to pay fines

Help! I litterally just started playing and I think I accidentally fired at a station thus giving me a fine.
I've looked it ub and think I know where to pay a fine (and I know this station is in the faction I have to pay it too), but this is what I see (see picture). I have a feeling I just haven't unlocked the thing I need yet, but idk.
What now?

There should be a "Contacts" button there, somewhere.
If there's not, try a different station in the same system.

If it's actually a bounty you've earned, rather than a fine, you will have to fly to a low security system nearby and find a service called "Interstellar factors" where you can pay of the bounty as well.
Your notiriety has to be at 0, though, but I don't think you get any just from accidentlly discharging your weapon in a no-fire zone.

Just be careful when paying fines/bounties to read the small print.
Anywhere that says Hand Yourself In is going to send you to jail, so don't click that but go find an Interstellar Factor they will charge a bit for the service but you won't get sent 10s or 100s of light years away.
