Cant sell opinion polls?

I have nine opinion polls. I know commanders need this for engineer unlocks.

I attempted to list them for sale at my carrier. I was unable to get it to work.

At first it showed as if I had no "opinion polls" inventory.

I went to panel and checked that I have nine.

The second time I tried to list them for sale it would let me select up to nine... but the button to continue was grayed out.

Known problem?

on youre fc go to termial select barman selctct sell check the little box go to bar should sell to him/her ive sold nine to mine ,correct me if im wrong as thats what i did.07.

The way I do it: transfer them to your fc from your ship then set up a sell order from the carrier management menu also in your ship. This may not be the only way but it works.

I do this as well.

Found 3 OPs today, two in the last 30 minutes in consecutive settlements doing restore missions.
