Can't set transport ticket ride above $10.00 - why?

I can't seem to set my transport ticket ride above $10.00 is this a new hard cap on the transportation system financials?

yeah seems to be the case, the greyed out up arrow in the ticket prices won't let me set above - which also seems to conflict with the patch notes on averaging pre-existing per station costs to a single ticket cost

The price of the rides is still capped at 10S after the new update. I don't know why this was changed and why it has not been fixed yet.
