Newcomer / Intro Can't shake off Unfriendly Status (Federation)

I've been doing only federation missions. Mainly for one party (Picaurukan green party) who is allied with the federation.. Its gotten there influence up in the system quite remarkably, and along the way iv had several Federal missions such as Courier and Black Ops missions.

But for a while now i've had UNFRIENDLY status with the federation and any federation party Outside of the system i've been working in (Picaurukan).

Visiting a few systems around my original spot and i'm finding very little missions offered to me by federation allied parties.

Its kind of frustrating, doing only missions that should theoretically get me up the ranks and somehow being constantly on their sh*tlist :/

Anyone know the best way to change your rep back up?

From what I understand it just takes a LONG time. I'm still unfriendly in fed space and I'm currently an Ensign. Was hostile for awhile in Fed space and it took a long time to get it up to unfriendly. Keep doing missions and such for the feds.
