Cant start game

Hello guys,

i have problem since last nite... i downloaded game and then start and i see only logo on tv and nothing happen, i tried restart modem, restart ps4, 5x times deleted and downloaded games, i can play other games and everything is okey! but when i start this game nothing happens just i see logo and thats all... any body some ideas? I was preorder comander edition :(

This comes from Parablax and I'm not sure this will work , but if it would work in this way all credits go to him

FIX:

1) apply the Elite Dangerous upgrade 1st
2) close elite dangerous if it has started
3) go to PS store and redeem code (it will now be recognised after the update)
4) open elite dangerous and you will now see the Horizons sidewinder option when starting a new game

I believe that fix was for those that could not see horizons in the menu, but this looks like the games not even loading fully. Sorry can't help more, still waiting for my physical disc to arrive tomorrow! Best if luck sorting it out.

I have had this problem too, but it takes about 10minutes before it starts. Why?? Quite frustrating. However brilliant when it does.

how long guys? i formated ps4 and download and when it was possible to start game i started and i played traning, then i take a shower and let game download full ( i thought everything is ok now ) now i start the game and its same ... i waited 8minutes now it start

Have you tried refreshing your licenses? Not sure why but they can cause issues, might be worth a try. Good luck, hope you get this sorted soon!
