Can't Supercruise

Hi all, back to try out guardians and see whats cracking for a bit - however I don't seem to be able to enter supercruise and wanted to check it wasn't me being dumb before i filed a bug report and/or self destructed (rip 17mil)

Now I logged in with an SRV ontop of my ship in space, which already seemed a bit strange however i'm getting the hardpoints/scoop/cargo hatch deployed message when i try to SC. I have tried the following

Disabling everything other than FSD,
Opening and closing weapons / landing gear,
Cargo hatch won't move from retracted to deployed with the hotkey nor from the system menu which i believe is the problem (even though it says its closed) - however I don't know if they changed functionality on this
System Reboot/Repair
logging in / out in different modes.

Anybody got any ideas or other things for me to try? :/ bit of a weird welcome back lol.

i get that sometimes - looks as if a flag is set wrong (e.g. cargo hatch is deployed somewhere in the files).

for me, looging out - in normally does the trick, or exiting and restarting the game.

if it doesn't, i guess it is support time.

Erm, if there are SRVs involved that means you are on 2.2, right? Try loading up 1.7 and see if that helps.

Thanks guys i combined your advice and restarted in 1.7 and that seems to have fixed things, much appreciated! Feel free to close/delete the thread and thanks again for saving me sitting in a support queue
