Can't Switch Ships ships at wanted station?

Is this an intentional penalty for ships with bounties to not be able to switch ships and dump their wanted status? Or is this just a bug. If it's not a bug, then AWESOME! And well done FD. There should be consequences for being a baddie. Even if it is just undermining shenanigans

Hi Ziljan.

Just a thought have you any cargo in your hold. I think that will stop you from switching ships.

Haha. Yeah. From a few days ago. Some PP pellet that I picked up just to make NPCs shoot first so I wouldn't always gain more bounty. Completely forgot about it!

Yeah it would be! I was seriously about to be impressed with frontier, but then I realized it was just a cargo limitation. <sigh>

What surprised me is the thought that we might be able to dump our wanted status by switching ships in the first place.
I do not believe that is possible?

Do you have any idea how much rage there will be on the forum if everytime an eagle suicides into you at a RES you cant get your conda or whatever for a week?

Well my bounty was over 100K, and Sandro had mentioned that higher bounties had higher penalties like having your docking privileges revoked, etc. Maybe not high enough yet? Thought this was part of that mechanic, in case one had slipped in unnoticed
