Can't Turn in Mission (with screenshot)

I've accepted a mission but I can't deliver it. Here are the facts:

1. I've collected the cargo-Fruits and Veggies.
2 It is in the cargo hold (I checked twice)
3. I go to the delivery system
4. I go to turn in the cargo (partial delivery)
5. Nothing. Can't turn it in. I try to click on the plus sign in the screenshot, nothing

I've clicked on everything clickable, nothing. I am clearly at the delivery system and I have the cargo in my cargo hold.

I'm very confused.

I think you bought this cargo from the market instead of picking it up from the mission screen.

I do see that there is a "0" where is says collected in the delivery screenshot. But I did do the collect plus sign at pick-up (not purchased from the market) and made sure I clicked "collect cargo" (which not doing so is a common error).

This seems to be a common issue from my searches, which means it probably could be better designed if it's this confusing. If I get more replies with your suggestion I'll go back and try yet again. Thanks for the reply.

Maybe it's a bug, but according to your screenshots, the game thinks you didn't pick up any of the mission cargo. Or maybe there were identical missions for different stations in the same destination system???

In truth, if you had picked up the cargo at the depot location it would be labelled as mission cargo. The cargo in your hold isnt marked that way which indicates that it was bought on the trading market instead.

Feel free to sell the items in the screenshot then go back to collect the correct items from the depot.

this is a bug I have had an outstanding delivery mission still due during weekly maintenance server shut down
when the servers came back up the game data must have been(purged) farted as I could not hand it in forcing a massive jeterson dump(pardon!) which was kinda fun
(lesson learned do not have outstanding delivery missions during weekly server maintenance to avoid this potential issue.( early Thursday's if mem serves me correctly)

You turned out to be correct. I did the run again the next day and it worked fine. It's just frustrating not knowing why something happened. Thanks for your reply.
