Engineers Can't unlock Engineer Liz Ryder

Hey.

So I wanted to unlock Liz Ryder, but I can't. I got my reputation with her faction to Cordiale, got a mission that asked me to deliver data to a certain station in a certain system, but at the destination, there is no NPC to accept the delivery and unlock her.

Anyone else encountered this ? Am I good to open a support ticket ?

What about normal cargo space?

Also what does the mission say in the transactions tab?
There is a line in red for conditions that are not met.

Check the ground facilities and the starbase run by the relevant faction. Make sure you have 4t of space in your cargo hold.

Support ticket then if you are really in the right place and there is nothing to hand in on the mission board.

It's just a normal mission. So it should just deliver to one of the normal faction reps on the missions screen at Moffitt Installation, Ninjabin.

Okay. So I went back to the station where I got the mission and I got it a second time, and the second one worked, awkward bug...
