Can't unlock enrichment with research

I have all research completed for all of my animals in the zoo, but some of their enrichment is still locked. What do I need to do to unlock them? Is this a bug? Can I somehow abandon all research for an animal and start researching again to gan access to said items?

So far I have every species only in different zoo and only one vet researching it so my understanding is that there is no need for me to load totally empty zoo I opened as a placeholder for future expansion

Could you post 1 or 2 screenshots? (At least 1 of the completed research of a species and 1 of the missing/locked items when you filter on that animal enrichment items or the zoopedia page which also mentions the enrichment items?).

There's not much info in your first post to say anything about this.
