Can't Use Horizons Content Even Though It Launches in Horizons Mode [FIXED]

Hello all,

So last night I purchased the Horizons DLC and the launcher has changed to blue, says it's launching Elite Dangerous: Horizons when I choose the mode to launch AND I see the Horizons main menu picture of the lil rover etc...

But when I'm actually playing, I can't select Holo-Me or Engineers because those features "require Horizons"
What gives?

Even after all of the above, I still had to register the access key that Steam gave me with my Frontier account. Womp womp
