Capital Ship instance in Facece completely empty (aside from the Capital ship sitting there)

Are these Capital Ship instances only supposed to have action on special occasions or is it bugged?

They're always like that, but if you want some action, just fly really close to it.

It's basiiclly just parked in orbit, it's where they hang out when not warring it up.

Shoot it and you'll have all the action you could ever want though.

Have the capital ships been beefed up as well? We have been taking out all of the heat exchangers in minutes so far.

My understanding is that the turrets can no longer be foiled by chaff, as they are 'manned' turrets now. I don't believe they were 'beefed up' any more than that.

The Facece capital ship used to be the peaceful one that I could fly in close to and really examine the ship design. But now I get close and they tell me I don't have permission to fly that close. I'm an Earl of the Empire pledged to Senator Lavigny-Duval of the Blood Royal! Navy telling me I can't fly close!
