Capital shipyards

If Fed and Imperial capital ships need ship yards instead of stations to repair ect, where are they? Does anyone know or are they just one of those things that's are always just off camera and out of reach to players?

Also why do I keep getting interdicted by Fed navy when I'm a Rear Admiral leaving a conflict zone I just fought in for the FED NAVY?? Off topic I know but annoying as hell

You can find capital ship docks. Look in the superpowers' home systems, they are usually docked by a station
